Signing in

Use the same email address or Apple or Google account you originally used. Request a fresh email code if your previous code expired. Never send us your password or sign-in code.

Report a problem

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and what happened. Screenshots help, but hide personal information and ticket codes before sending them.

Safety and privacy

You can report or block a collector from their profile. For urgent content concerns, contact us with enough detail to locate the profile or content.

Delete your account

In gemlist, open Settings and choose Delete account. This removes your account and associated data. If you cannot access your account, email us for help recovering access or making a privacy request.
